Watch · 20 seconds

How roofing ads should work, in 20 seconds.

01
Chapter 01 · The problem

Right now, Google is spending your money on DIYers.

01

Wrong clicks.

Broad "roofing" keywords pay for job seekers, shingle shoppers and DIY videos, while replacement searches go to competitors.

Paying for the wrong people
02

Wrong towns.

Loose location settings show your ads to people outside your service area who will never become a job.

Budget leaking out of area
03

No job tracking.

Without call and inspection tracking, Google optimizes for clicks, and you never see which ads sold a $15,000 roof.

Smart bidding needs real data
02
Chapter 02 · The transformation

Now imagine every dollar tied to an inspection.

Campaigns per service

Separate campaigns for replacement, repair, storm damage and commercial, each with its own budget.

Negatives from day one

We block jobs, DIY, materials and out-of-area searches before the first click.

Only your service area

Town-level targeting and bid adjustments so budget goes where your crews work.

Landing pages that book

A page for every campaign with financing, insurance help and a 30-second inspection form.

Call and job tracking

Every call recorded and tracked to the keyword, with booked jobs sent back to Google so it finds more like them.

Storm-ready budgets

When hail hits, budgets shift to storm campaigns within hours, not next month.

Chapter 06 · Your free audit

Pick a time. We'll do the homework.

Choose a 30-minute slot. Before the call we review your current ads, or price out a launch if you have none, so the call is about what to fix first.

  • What replacement and storm clicks cost in your towns
  • Where your current budget is leaking, search by search
  • A launch plan with expected cost per inspection

Chapter 07 · Your questions

Asked before every project.

How much does it cost?

$2,450 a month standalone, or $1,850 a month added to any SEO plan. Ad spend is paid directly to Google on your card; roofing clicks often cost $10 to $50 and a lead $120 to $230, so we recommend at least $4,000 a month, with more during storm season. You choose a 3- or 6-month first term, then it renews in 6-month terms.

Should we also run Local Services Ads?

Often, yes. Google Local Services Ads (the Google Guaranteed listings) and Search ads work well together. We can set up and manage both so they do not compete.

How do you handle storm season?

We prepare storm-damage campaigns and pages in advance, then turn budgets up in the affected towns as soon as a storm hits.

How fast will we get leads?

Ads can bring calls within days. The first four to six weeks are a learning period while we cut wasted searches and Google learns which clicks book inspections.

Who owns the account?

You do: the account, the billing and all the data. If we ever part ways, everything stays with you.

The final chapter is yours to write

Soon, every dollar you give Google could be tied to an inspection.
